  • The Date on your Dominion Coffee bag is the Roast Date – not a use by date.

Our coffee is best if used between 7 and 14 days after being roasted, and it will last up to 8 Weeks (if stored in an airtight container in a cool, dark place); before any serious flavour degradation is noticeable.

If you prefer acidity and complexity, the earlier 7 day from roast date will be better, but, if you prefer it to be smoother and less acidic, wait 14 days from Roast Date, for best results. 

Depending on your daily usage, Ground Coffee is best used quickly after grinding for optimum flavour. Storage is key here – make sure you store your ground coffee in an airtight container in a Cool, Dark place.
