Shipping & Returns
We pick and pack our online Orders daily from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed overnight and prior to 10.30am on the day, will be dispatched same-day. Orders received after 10.30am may not be dispatched the same-day due to our Carrier Company’s collection timetable.
Please note that we are experiencing some delays with Carrier Collections due to Covid, and this may delay dispatch.
Once your order has been processed you will receive confirmation.
Delivery times vary depending on the Postage you select at Checkout. We are no longer able to offer FREE SHIPPING locally, due to the increased cost charged by all Freight Carriers, however, we have added an additional Option at checkout for our Local customers to avoid freight charges. Please select Warehouse Pickup to collect your order free of charge here at our Dominion Roastery Warehouse at 293 Ingham Road GARBUTT 4814,
Due to Covid, we have experienced some delays in delivery of our parcels to you our Valued Customer. Please let us know if you have not received your Parcel in the time frame you were told at checkout, and we will follow up for you.
Shipping is calculated at checkout and applied to your order automatically.
These costs and terms relate to Australian purchases only.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
The following Returns, Refunds and Exchange policy applies only to orders delivered within Australia. Should there be any dissatisfaction with any product purchased via the Coffee Dominion website, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily organise an exchange or refund for you on any faulty goods.
Refunds and Exchange Conditions
All products must be returned in a saleable condition as soon as possible following purchase. Coffee Dominion does not allow any returns on coffee purchased unless there is a quality issue with the coffee. Appropriate packaging must be used to ensure that no in-transit damage occurs. All returns will be inspected for authenticity prior to processing for refund or exchange. The purchaser may be contacted to clarify any issues relating to the returned product and or to improve our quality processes. Returned product postage will be at the discretion of the business.
Repairs & Warranties
All other items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, so if a product is faulty, please contact us immediately to authorise a repair or replacement.
Delivery of Goods
Our orders are delivered via the most efficient carriers for your region. Our major delivery partners include Aramex, Australia Post & Startrack.
- Australia Post delivers to P.O Boxes.
- StarTrack does NOT deliver to Post Boxes.
- Startrack offers Express airfreight for rural, and all express orders, but excludes P.O Boxes as it incurs an extra $10 Fee.
Whilst we make every effort to track these items with our delivery partners, Coffee Dominion accepts no responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
