Retail coffee orders
Enjoy free shipping Australia-wide on eligible retail coffee orders of $100 or more:
- Up to 4kg of coffee: free Express shipping.
- Over 4kg of coffee: free standard shipping.
Select Free Shipping at checkout. We’ll apply the appropriate service based on your order’s weight.
For orders below $100, available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale orders follow your agreed freight arrangements. The retail free-shipping offer does not apply.
Select your available freight or delivery option at checkout. For manually booked freight, the amount shown at checkout is indicative. The final freight charge is calculated once your order has been picked, packed and weighed, and included on your invoice.
If you have your own account with a freight carrier, please contact us before dispatch to arrange collection. Freight charges will be billed directly to you by your carrier.

If you select collection, please wait until we confirm your order is ready before arriving. We’ll confirm the collection location and arrangements with you.
